Ruth A. Angermeier

Ruth A. Angermeier, 95, formerly of Hamlin, passed away Monday morning, March 3, 2025 at Forest City Nursing Home, one day before her 96th birthday. Her beloved husband, Karl L. Angermeier preceded her in death on October 2, 2023.

Born March 4, 1929 in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Georg Egidius Emanuel and Margarete Gretel (Friedel) Emanuel.

Ruth is survived by her son, Willi Angermeier of Waymart; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's memory to the charity of the donor's choice, or mass cards will be received at the address of her son, Willi Angermeier, 7 Brookside Road, Waymart, PA 18472.
