Nina Irene Stark

Nina Irene Stark, 83, of Honesdale reposed peacefully in the Lord on Thursday afternoon, April 24, 2025 at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Born March 30, 1942 in South Canaan, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna (Deliman) Shibylo.

Irene was a faithful member of St. Tikhon's Orthodox Church in South Canaan. Prior to her retirement, she worked at the former Moore Business Forms in Honesdale. She will be lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her. May her memory be eternal.

She is survived by a niece, Carol Padwa; and two nephews, Vincent Padwa and Eugene Padwa.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death a brother, Nicholas Shibylo; and two sisters, Marion Shibylo who died in infancy, and Elizabeth Padwa.

The Funeral Service will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 28, 2025 in All Saints Chapel at St. Tikhon's Monastery, 175 St. Tikhon's Road, Waymart, PA. Everyone attending is asked to go directly to All Saints Chapel at St. Tikhon’s.

Interment will follow in St. Tikhon's Monastery Cemetery on Monday.
