John Louis Manger

John L. Manger, 82, of Rileyville, passed away peacefully on Monday evening, July 6, 2026 at home.

Born July 10, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Louis and Edith (Schaer) Manger.

John was a proud patriot who loved this country. He served in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement, he was a substation operator for the New York City Transit Authority.

In accordance with John's wishes, there will be no public services.

Private burial with military honors will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003.
