Joan M. Hazen, 63, of Honesdale passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at home.
She was born January 26, 1956 in Montrose, Susquehanna County.
She is survived by two sons: Jesse Termine and Robert Termine.
Joan was preceded in death by her daughter, Kim.
Arrangements are entrusted to Jenkins-Howell Funeral Home, Inc., Edward Howell, Funeral Director, 269 Belmont St. Waymart, PA.
