James A. Arena

James A. Arena, 77, of Honesdale, died Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at home after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene (Schoneman) Johnson-Arena on December 23, 2016.

Born July 25, 1947 in Bristol, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Susan (Favale) Arena.

James was a kind and friendly man who lived a simple life. He loved his cat, Diane, and always had a cheerful smile for everyone he met. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family in Clinton Center Cemetery.
