Born on July 1, 1980 in Pompton Plains, NJ, he is survived by his mother, Linda (Stephens) Biss of Starrucca; his grandmother, Eleanor Stephens of Starrucca; his daughter, Melody Stephens and her mother, Angela Stephens of Cortland, NY; aunts and many cousins.
